ABSTRACT: The growing number of large high powered vessels operated in shallow water ports is the reason that port authorities and terminal operators are interested in online monitoring of loads generated by vessels during manoeuvers close to hydrotechnical constructions. The test version of the loads measurement system based on the mobile laboratory and commercial version of monitoring system based on the cloud technology are presented in the paper.
