maritimeeducationandtraining
The establishment of maritime education and
training E‐learning repository can achieve the
integration of teaching resources. The content of
maritime education and training E‐learning
repositoryisrichandvaried,thedatabaseshouldalso
be multipath. Therefore, it
is difficult to make an E‐
learning resource library by just one school, a
teachingdepartmentorafewteachers.
WiththedevelopmentofInternettechnologyand

Therise ofE‐learning model helps students to learn
any knowledge they want to learn at anytime and
anywhere. It has positive significance for the
establishment of continuing education and lifelong
education system and the construction of learning
society.
Due to the professional needs of seafarers and
shipping industry practitioners, continuous learning
